Non-refundable Products:

Clearance& sale products.
Products that have been turned on or used.
Products that have been vandalized deliberately.

Return Requirements:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging;

Please attach your name, phone number, address and a copy of the invoice/receipt.

Exchange Requirements:

Unshipped Orders: Contact Customer Service to replace the product. Customer service email: [email protected]

Shipped Orders: Attempts to stop the package and replace the item.

Signed Order: The product must meet the returnable criteria. Contact customer service to get a return address.


Returns Process:

    1. First, please contact customer service email: [email protected].

  1. To make a return, please attach the order number, email, and reason for the return to the email contacting the service team. In this way, you can improve the quality of service and respond to return requests as soon as possible.
  2. We will inform you of the sender's address. Please follow the return procedure provided by our team.
  3. Once the return is received and inspected, a receipt notification will be emailed to you. We will also notify you of approval or refusal of refunds. Once approved, the refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.


PS: Please do not privately return the address on the package, contact us first before you return the parcel in case of unnecessary trouble.

Refund Processing Time:

We will process the refund after you receive the returned baggage within 7 business days.

Refunds will be refunded to the card you paid for. Depending on your payment method, you will receive your refund at different times (Paypal takes 24 hours and credit cards take 7-15 business days to display your refund).


Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs will vary depending on the charges of the logistics company in your area.

Fares, taxes and insurance are non-refundable.
